Before returning an item

General return conditions
- Items should be unused and returned in their original condition whenever possible.
- Requests should be made within a reasonable time after delivery.
- Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
Refund handling
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and reviewed.
